Great ambience, friendly staff, convenient location, family-friendly amenities, functional room facilities.

Had an amazing New Year's stay at this hotel. The room was cozy but comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal, with convenient access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. One of the highlights was the fine swimming pool, offering amazing views of the sea. We enjoyed relaxing by the poolside, soaking in the sun. the complimentary coffee and tea in the room were a nice touch.

There were a few areas that could use improvement. The internet connection was unstable , which was frustrating.

The location of Village Hotel Sentosa was fantastic, with easy access to Sentosa Island's beaches and activities. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable, and the swimming pools were clean and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the variety of breakfast options was great. I especially loved the electronic toilets and the variety of TV channels available.

We were amazed by this hotel's really good facilities, including a baby bath tub complete with rubber duck toys, baby cribs, and corner rubber protectors. The hotel also had a beautiful swimming pool suitable for both couples and families. We had delicious breakfast and enjoyed trying their oriental dishes. The staff were very good too make our stay lovely. We loved how easy it was to get transportation, monorail, and access to Sentosa activities. This hotel's location was perfect, close to everything Sentosa had to offer.

Nestled on a hill, this hotel is a perfect base to enjoy Sentosa Island with easy access to Vivo City mall via monorail. The service was impeccable from the check-in to the staff encountered thereafter. The Hyflux tap water readily available in the room and ice machine on each floor were a plus. The pool screening with beanbags and popcorn and other charming amenities made our stay enjoyable.

The menu lacked sufficient Halal options.

This place is located perfectly in the center of Sentosa which made it easy for us to walk around and enjoy the whole island. The staff here were very friendly and gave us very good service. From check-in to check-out, everyone was very accommodating and even brought a wheelchair for my girl. The leisure facilities here were fantastic, including a swimming pool and fitness center. The room amenities such as the electric kettle and flat-screen TV were great and made us feel at home.

I recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Friendly reception staff, providing area maps and activities booklet. Great for spontaneous families. Family rooms are spacious with amazing connecting pools. Conveniently located near transportation and 7-Eleven. Rooftop infinity pool and bar with free snacks and toiletries.
